Philosophy is the brain child of Riham Al Ayyar, an energetic and driven Kuwaiti, with a passion for branding.
Riham championed the development of the Wataniya brand in 2003 and in 2014 guided the team and its customers through its re-brand to Ooredoo; developing the strategy for the brand and customer experience design, creating and overseeing the implementation of both internal and external engagement programs as well as redefining the customer journey to bring the Ooredoo brand to life in every interaction with its customers.
She was named one of the most influential female executives in the Middle East & North Africa in telecom and Branding.
Redirecting her 18 years of experience, to take her passion for branding & communication strategies further and to develop a specialized branding practice in Kuwait, Riham created Philosophy, partnering with Bellwether Dubai, one of the leading brand agencies in the world.
Philosophy has worked on big brands like KIPIC, Kuwait National Assembly, Bayt al Kuwait, to name a few.
